Description
This is a mechanical toy Covid19 test. I am not sure what its for but it is a fun gadget. It implements some fine mechanics to first fill the teststrip with water then shows the test stripe go red and then the corona stripe. To activate the test you must “poor” some “water” out of the testbottle on it. This means taking the bottle and turning the sample leaver.
Please note it is a bit tricky to build and needs some fine printing. The recommended layer height and color is embedded in the STL-filename. You need white, red and some transparent or transparent light blue.
Please note also that it was adjusted to my Prusa MK3s. So tolerances may need tweeking for other machines.
There are two options of inner body to choose. The part01 wheel and part10 can be glued together. Please note that the thread is quite tight. If it does not fit on yours I can make a bit looser one. To be able to pre-glue the parts and make assembly easier the inner body is cut in half. It can then be simply put around the screw and put in the hull. So only print either part03a and part03b or once part03.
Part10 is optional for better optics.
There is a large screw requiring no bottle to turn. So either print part06 in small with part12 or only part06 large.
If the lid is to tight or to loose just adjust the x and y scale a tiny bit in your slicer.
