Description
Trying out some new TPU & decided to print a tyre, chose this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5019195
I found it easier to split the tyre & print both halves, then use CA glue to join them.
I have included the 2 split tyre files.
Not just happy with the tyre, I knocked up a quick wheel design for it, again, two halves that are inserted from each side of the tyre & CA glued together.
You'll need a bit of force to push and hold the two wheel halves while gluing, so be aware, I purposely designed them to be tight and ever so slightly narrow.
Designed for 0.4mm nozzle @ 0.2mm layer height.
Print in orientation as is.
Supports are required for the wheel rims.
Centre hub takes a 6mm shaft.
