Description
My contribution for an Insert for Ancient Terrible Things (the base game, german edition). As I didn't find any 3D printed insert I designed one for myself.
It is a relatively lightweight insert (appr. 260g of filament using the settings indicated below) and enhances to bring the game to the table faster.
It is designed so that the box can be stored horizontally or vertically.
The card trays should fit sleeved cards (I used Docsmagic Standard Car light grey with a sleeve dimension of 66x91mm).
Each file contains the details of how often it has to be printed.
The player trays have an indentation - so when those are aligned together the first player and winner marker fits on top.
To achieve a lighter insert, I print the first layers (range see below) with 0 bottom and top solid layer and 10% Honeycomb infill:
I don't have the expansion, therefore I designed the insert with some spare space in mind. Currently, this extra space is blocked by cutting out a piece of the included carton insert.
Have fun printing
