Description
I've designed this card drawer for the game Dune: Imperium specifically, but I've now made it parametric in Fusion360, so anyone can make it the size they want for their own cards. Its made of two parts, the shell and the floor. You need (at least) two elastic bands to push the deck up - more might be necessary depending on how strong your elastic bands are. The model has extrudings where you can glue small circular feet for grip or if you don't have any, you can use more elastic bands around them (check photos). Or you can set the FeetDiameter parameter to 0 and get rid of the extrudings all together.
I'm including two versions - one is for Dune: Imperium cards (63 mm x 90 mm) and one is for classic Piatnik cards (59 mm x 90 mm). For any custom sizes, you should change the parameters to suit your needs.
You should print both parts upside down. For the shell that means the plane with the circles should be on the bottom, for the floor, the flat plane should be on the bottom. No supports are necessary.
The photo is from a slightly different earlier version but essentially the same.
