Vase Mode Nerf Blowgun

This is the next iteration of a design I made 2 years ago, but was lost. Essentially, it is a blowgun designed to fit Nerf darts. 

There are 4 versions of this model;

Smooth Shorty Nerf Blowgun Vase Mode - Has a smooth barrel that is half length.

Smooth Nerf Blowgun Vase Mode - Has a smooth barrel that is full length.

This model is intended to be printed in Spiral Vase Mode with a 0.4mm nozzle. It is also helpful to print the model with a brim and 0 bottom solid layers so that it forms a tube. 

I suggest printing “Smooth Shorty Nerf Blowgun Vase Mode” first to see if the tolerances will work with your printer, because it should print the fastest. The models are designed so that the dart will stick slightly in the mouthpiece end, but move freely through the barrel. If the dart sticks too much or not at all in the mouthpiece, you need to adjust the XY Size Compensation setting in PrusaSlicer until the tolerances work for you. It is also important to note that brand-new Nerf darts will be slightly stiffer and thicker, making them harder to shoot.
