Description

A fidget toy consisting of two rollers connecting by bearings. Great for idle hands, and can also be used as a massage roller.

Based on the fantastic design by Sleek Life Design (https://www.sleeklifedesign.com/)

Includes both smooth and grooved version of the rollers.

Parts List

Printed Parts

Print the following parts (parts that require support are available with or without custom supports in the file):

* 2x fr\_roller or fr\_roller\_grooved * 2x fr\_connector * 2x fr\_rod

Extra Parts

In addition to the printed parts, you will need:

  • 4x R118 bearings
  • 4x #4-40 x 1/2" socket head machine screws

You will also need 2 screwdrivers that fit the machine screws (one is just for holding the screws in place while screws on the other side are tightened; you could get by with a slightly different-sized screwdriver or bit held with some pliers).

Assembly Instructions

  1. Print out all of the parts as specified in the parts list.
  2. Clean off any support material.
  3. Attach both rods to one connector using the screws with one bearing in between each rod and the connector. Make sure the small posts on the connector are going into the center hole of the bearing.
  4. Insert the rods into the rollers and press together until the bearings are fully seated into the rollers.
  5. Insert the other two bearings into the open ends of the rollers.
  6. Hold the other connector in place so that the small posts fit into the bearings.
  7. Screw the other connector in place, using one screwdriver or bit to keep the screws on the other end from spinning while using another to tighten everything together.
  8. Fidget!
