Description

This 3D printed TIE Fighter fan art model is built from multiple parts that fit together cleanly without the need for supports. Some parts may optionally be glued for extra stability. The finished model is a detailed reconstruction of the iconic Imperial fighter and makes a great display piece for a desk, shelf, or workspace inspired by Star Wars.

Key features

✔ Prints with NO supports
✔ Easy, beginner-friendly assembly
✔ Clean surfaces thanks to optimized part orientation
✔ Designed as a display model

Recommended print settings

• Layer height: 0.2 mm or 0.15mm
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm
• Supports: NONE
• Infill: 15–20% for the body, the radiator panel 95% cubic infil
• Material: PLA or PETG

Radiator note:
For best results, print the radiator using dense cubic infill with no top or bottom layers.

Assembly notes

• Parts are designed with tight tolerances — make sure your printer is well tuned
• Light gluing may be used for additional strength if desired

👉 Also check out the mod for the radiators by Enrique Juarez for an alternative look.
