Description

Prints without supports!

This little cave is a perfect little dwelling for your favorite Cali-Dragon. Or for all of your Cali-Dragons! Complete with a lookout ledge on the top, you can't help but find a little playtime for these cute creatures. There is an ornament too!

Additional Models

The "Duplex" version houses two dragons with a shared lookout point on the top. The "Only Top" files are smaller versions using the top portions of the cave models for faster prints. Great little spots for the Cali-Dragon to sit or add more variety to a whole scene!

Ornament! Also included (and actually the original inspiration for this project) is a model for an ornament. It hangs quite nicely and is an interactive toy!

The "Raised Ledges" version has the little walls that I included with the ornament model to keep the dragon from slipping out when hung on a tree. My daughter preferred these in the regular model, so I included it as an option as well.

Attribution

The little dragons are a separate model: "Cali-Dragon" by McGybeer.

3D Printing Settings

The "Cali-Dragon Cave" is approximately 70 x 47 x 90.5 mm. The ornament is approx. 101 mm tall. The "Duplex" is approx. 100 mm wide. The "Only Top" models are approx. 27 mm tall.

I printed everything with 0.25 mm layers, 3 perimeters, 3 top/bottom layers, and 10% infill. No raft. No supports!
