Improved 3D Pull Copter Finger Ring - M3 screw version

Improved version of the 3D Pull Copter Finger Ring with a different rotor design.

NOTE: Models not compatible with original design

Features:

• Improved rotor design (bigger and angled differently)
• Somewhat longer key for easier use
• Uses M3 screws instead of M2
• Completely remodeled in FreeCAD (including FreeCAD model file)

Bonus files:

• 10cm diameter rotor (bigger is not always better though)
• An even longer key, 1.5x the size

Usage:

Print and assemble (using M3x8 screws).
Use a little bit of PTFE or similar spray if it doesn't run smoothly.

Print instructions

Included gcode for printing in PET.

Preferably print at least the rotor in PETG since it is sturdier/more flexible.

Print using 0.2mm layer height.

No need for supports, detect bridging perimeters improved the quality of the 'gearbox' part.
