Description
updated 1/15/2023. I had initially made them threaded as I thought my kids would break the arms and then I'd just unscrew and reprint. Which they have, but I tried to make the thread tolerance bigger and it just became a pain to try and fit. So I've updated them to not have any threads. Add a little glue in the arm fittings.

This is Green from Rainbow Friends. I made his eyes a little more “googly” than the first one I printed in the pictures. You can see them in the screen shot of my slicer. He consists of 3 pieces. Push the longer arm with the female end in first, and pushed it close to the edge of the other hole. Then add a little glue and push in the other arm.
If you print the arms laying down, I used small tree supports. No supports needed if slicing with arms standing up like the slicer picture. I printed the body with and without supports. Both are doable, but the print underneath looks a little better with the tree supports. I used 15% infill, .16mm height.
I included the stl files for each piece and the painted bambu studio 3mf file.
Enjoy and don't get OOFED!
