Pinwheel Party Hat

Party hat with a pinwheel topper, takes one 608 bearing (skateboard) with an optional spot for a bolt to fix the bearing to the top, and don't forget to tie on a string, I used loops from a face mask. I've spun it with an air compressor and it seems to hold up great. The tolerance for the pinwheel where the bearing goes is pretty snug but you can scale it down or get creative if you need to.
