Description
A unique model of an off-road vehicle, inspired by the dream car of everyone - who wouldn't like to dive trough the desert with the G63 AMG 6x6? Now you can too, at least in the sandbox. The icing on the cake: make it as long as the filament on your spool! Further inspiration for this model comes from the numerous articulated 3D models. So please, don't stop the printing………..
This model embodies my numerous experiences in 3D printing. The steering is based on the principle of a skateboard, the axles are held horizontally by integrated springs, and the trailer connection resembles an accordion. For the first time, I also made 3D-printed axles instead of nails or screws - I hope it rolls smoothly :)
Printing instructions:
The prints are designed for a scale of about 1:43(not exact). The size of the stl file have to be 500% in the slicer. If you want it to be larger, you may need to adjust the settings yourself. In particular, the spring characteristics of the axle and trailer could be different.
And now for the competition inside the competition: who can print the longest? Post your Makes!
