Description

This trailer is hitchable to toy tractors of unknown scale, please see photos for reference.

Instructions (my way of building):

  • there is no need of glue or screws - connections are made with mild overlap
  • wheels and clamps are made for dia 3mm axles - kitchen wooden skewer can be used
  • wheel dics are thinner than the hole in tyre to keep some space to avoid some possible print residues in tires. Just align these with outside of tyre on table top.
  • every filename contains number of pieces needed to be printed
  • two coupling variants (male/female)
  • clamp is universal, so print it twice and rotate
  • after printing I decided to make a longer middle part of the arm, attached, not printed
  • printed with 0,4 nozzle at 0,2 height, it's fine but recommend 0.12 for stakes, arm base and clamps
  • I printed the chassis upside down which gave me the great bed surface but need to use supports on coupling, pay attention on it, surface of mine coupling is not perfect
  • clamp is hard to print, so I added gcode to share my approach

Enjoy!
