Description

A simple Tic Tac Toe game with magnetic case. This is a completely new version that was a beginners project in Fusion 360. To be fair, the inspiration came from printinghappy. The board measures about 11 centimetres, the stones 3 centimetres.

The models are optimised for a bearing height of 0.2mm, but can also be printed well with 0.25mm. If you want to print the bricks in two colours, it is best to print them in 0.15mm, as they are 6 millimetres high and thus have a colour height of 50%. Otherwise, one colour is one layer higher or lower. Or you can cut them in half and glue them together (not sooo easy) - then both surfaces are identical, e.g. if you use the Textured Steel Sheet.

The board has four larger magnets (6 x 2 mm, like these) on the inside and four smaller magnets (3 x 3 mm, see example) on the outside. Simply pause in the slicer at the appropriate height and insert the magnets. It is best to fix the magnets with a drop of glue, as I have planned the tolerances to be somewhat larger (0.2 - 0.25 mm). Pay attention to the correct poles when printing the second board. ;-) If you don't want to use magnets, you can just print through them, the bridges are no problem. But then, of course, the two boards won't stick together ;-)

The inlays are also optional. They have a tolerance of 0.2mm, if they are too small or too big, just adjust the XY compensation in the slicer (I actually had to go to +0.05 to get them to fit properly). The inlays should be glued in with the small bevel facing downwards; the small bevel means there are fewer problems due to over-extrusion.

The models can be scaled as desired, only the magnets will no longer fit, of course. ^_^

Wanna say thank you? 🙏
