Description
On thingiverse there are quite a few 3D printed coin traps. They are great example prints of how the technology works by adding material instead of taking it out of a larger object. The .gcode I sliced pauses where the place for the quarter goes so you can insert the quarter. I have only tested this model with quarters but it should work with any coin between 21mm and 25 mm. There are lots of features on this for textile people.
print using the included .gcode or if you slice your own file pause it just before the round part of the quarter hole. The picture of it in prusaslicer shows about where. Mine was 14.2 but that depends on your layer height.
