Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order BD-1 Droid Card Kit for 4 color printing on Bambu X1/X1C or P1P with AMS

Remix designed for use with the Bambu Labs AMS, colors are as accurate as possible to BD-1 in Fallen Order (see reference images) using White, Red, Silver, and Black PLA (PLA+ is recommended for the Body and Silver color, as some of the clips can break in PLA due to brittleness when assembling) filament, the back of the head and eye lights are white so you can fill them in with a blue marker if you want something even closer without having to use a 5th color! (the printed version in the photo was my 1st draft, several color locations have been corrected/added in the .3mf file here). The accent color foot and antenna parts are colored all the way through, and should be the same color on all sides.

Recommended printing at 0.3 line width and 0.2 layer height or less, I used 0.4mm nozzle and 0.3 line width for top surfaces and outer walls, 35% infill, no brim, everything else on the 0.2 PLA profile default. Flushing volumes based on the calculator with a multiplier of 0.5 gave good results with no bleed going between red/white and black, it could likely be further reduced with more testing.

I also provided a sliced file that should be ready to go for a P1P with 0.4 nozzle and the AMS slots loaded with PLA or PLA+ in the following colors: 1-Red, 2-White, 3-Silver, 4-Black. Print is about 7 Hours.   Feel free to swap the red spool (Slot 1) for whatever color you like for the accents, and the white (Slot 2) for your preferred main body color.

Model uses 91g of material, 40g flushed to waste (total 131g), not too bad of a ratio for ~160 color changes.
