Description
— Deutsche Beschreibung/Spielregeln s. unten / German text below —
Both players get 32 tokens/gaming pieces (same shape and color per player). The players alternately put a token on a pole of the board (maximum 4 on top of each other). A mill (aka 4-in-row) has been built when four identical tokens are placed horizontally next to each other, vertically on top of each other, diagonally on one level or diagonally upwards (also on the diagonal).
As soon as a player has built a mill, he wins.
The game ends tied when all 64 tokens have been placed at the board without a mill.
As soon as a player has a mill, he may remove a placed token of the opponent from the board (no other token must be on top of this token). The opponent then continues by placing the next token.
The game ends after all 64 tokens have been placed. The player with the most tokens captured from the opponent is the winner (game is tie in case of both having the same amount of captured tokens).
The player who lost the last game may start the next game. In the event of a tie, the player who did not start last begins.

You need to print the board and 64 tokens at total.
Optionally a case is available you can use for easy transport of the 64 tokens and board (place all tokens at the poles of the board and use the case upside-down to fix the poles and tokens until it snaps at the sides. Nice gimmick of the case is, that it can be used to hold the unplayed tokens during the game (just open the case upside-down carefully and let the tokens fall into the two chambers of the case.
The 64 tokens should be printed with two different colors or/and different shapes (32 each). Currently two different shapes are available you could pick for printing: Balls and Screws/Nuts
For detailed settings please check out the available 3mf or gcode files. Especially the infill of the board is variable to save filament for the base board (10%) and better stability of the poles (25%).
For more fun the poles of the board have a thread, so the tokens can be “screwed” on the poles. The thread pitch has been designed large enough that the tokens will screw themselves with just a small twist. They also will unscrew without additional force if you hust turn the board upside-down. The first time the screws might be a little tight, but after using a couple of times it works as described.
For 2D Printing you can find small PDF files for the German and the English rules, which fits in the closed case (print without resizing and cut accordingly).
If you interested in different shaped tokens please let me know - I also might share a base “mount” with the inner thread of a token for creative remixes (anything with a size of 2x2x2cm and the fitting inner thread might work as token).
Please enjoy and share your experiences or ideas for this game design!
