Description
My daughter requested a magic wand. She sketched a design, advised me on dimensions and I designed and printed it. Word of warning: ensure that they're aware that it doesn't actually turn you into a frog… my spoiled brat of a child got angry and immediately threw it down because it didn't work :-P.
I printed it in clear PETG for the star, and pink PLA for the wand (I didn't have any pink PETG) on a Prusa Mk3S. I've kept some internals and wire routing in, in case anyone wants to try sth with AA batteries and LEDS, but I haven't actually gotten around to it myself yet.
Print settings and stuff should be clear from the gcode and 3mf files. Note: I scaled the wand down to 95% to make it fit in Z-height.
Note: for the star I included the file both with and without branch supports, especially for powder bed/resin printers. The wand printed nicely from the bed for me without a brim. In case of sticking problems: clean your bed, add a brim and/or add supports.
