Description
These Elite compatible darts resist the deformation that occurs with foam providing better accuracy and less jams. These darts are best printed in the most flexible TPU possible to allow the best barrel seal and less pain for those acting as the moving target. The smooth darts have the straightest flight while the fluted darts have some crazy twists and turns. Tested with Worker magazines in the Lynx, SLAB, and Caliburn blasters. Tested full size darts in the Nerf Jolt. Half and full sized darts are included. For Nerf branded blasters in particular, the smooth full size darts with the smallest O-rings work best.

How much do these cost vs foam darts?
Most of the darts use 2g of filament. That equates to 500 darts per 1Kg spool of filament. The price of the filament will determine if these are a better deal than foam on a cost basis. There are additional benefits that are harder to quantify in terms of cost.
Does this hurt worse than the foam dart?
I don't know. I'm too fast to be hit. Their weights and hardness are not dissimilar to standard foam darts so I would not expect any difference in their punch.
Why do the fluted darts not fly straighter?
Air resistance is spinning the dart and not the the barrel causing it to curve like a Nolan Ryan pitch. Enjoy the excitement when they don't expect the acrobatics.
3/14/2023 Accidentally uploaded temp version of full dart. Removed that and put the v2 version up with thinner collar height and thicker collar diameter. Will upload the v2 of half dart after successful test print soon.
3/14/2023 Changed collar to integrated O-rings. Added more weight to tip of half dart.
3/15/2023 Added smooth and straight finned darts. Smooth has the best and straightest flight so far.
3/16/2023 Added a smooth full dart that will work with Nerf branded blasters. It will not fly as far as a foam dart (~1g) due its increased weight (~3g). Shooting it from a spring loader at high speeds causes erratic flight. Tested with Caliburn using a full size mag and a Nerf Jolt.
3/17/2023 Added a new smooth full dart that is lighter and travels futher using Nerf branded blasters. It almost equals the performance of foam at lower speeds.
3/19/2023 Added a full size dart with 13.2 mm O-Rings. This should only be used with blasters with equivalent barrel diameters like the Caliburn. The tighter seal yields impressive accuracy and speed.
3/21/2023 Added darts with just fluted tips. Still testing but so far not as good as smooth.
