Aperiodic Monotile with a twist

Aperiodic monotiles are trending right now! :))

This one is not a real tile but it obeys the exact same logic and tiling constraints as the recently discovered “hat” aperiodic monotile.

If you have not already seen what this is about, it's a very recently (march 2023) discovered tile that fills the plane with no periodicity. Before that the Penrose tiling could do that, but with two different tiles.
