Description
The original model was built with balsa wood, and that is why this model includes two versions:
-"Classic" version: you can print it in the color you like best, or you can do it in PLA WOOD, if you sand this material very carefully you can achieve a finish similar to that of balsa wood.
*Version "two colors": you can combine the colors that you like best, I chose to combine different gray and white to achieve a similarity with the birds that are most seen in the city.
-Printing instructions:
*"Classic" version: print 2 wings, 2 tails and the body.
*Version "two colors": print 2 wings, 2 tails and 2 bodies, the pieces that you multiply must be mirrored. To combine colors you have to configure the filament change according to the layer height.
-Assembly instructions:
*Classic version: glue both parts of the wing and tail paying special attention to the "dihedral" marked in the image.
*Version "two colors": in addition to gluing both parts of the wing and tail, paying special attention to the "dihedral" mark on the image, we will have to glue both parts of the body.
*In both versions you have to incorporate the fishing line lead in the hole that corresponds to the eye, if it is necessary to enlarge it, you can do it with a cutter (the small lead is usually enough to achieve the necessary counterweight for this model )
-In addition to the printed parts you will need:
*Cyanoacrylate glue (super grlue).
*Lead for fishing lines, of the smallest that come (Photo).
*Ruler
*Sandpaper (in case you want to sand the surface of parts printed with PLA WOOD)
