Huge dice storage with dice cup

I needed a storage for my little dice collection, so I designed one in the shape of a dodecahedron dice. Made of 2 parts printed in PLA that can keep 30 standard 16mm cube shaped dice each and a dice cup made of TPU that can keep up to 48 standard dice (and can shake ~30 dice) and creates nearly the classic sound of a leather cup.

Note

Numbers are printed seperately and glued to the sides, not included as .stl. Feel free to design what you like most as side ornament/font. My numbers are 30mm high.

Setup

Storage printed with 15% infill, no supports, PLA. Each ~100g.

Cup printed without supports, in TPU.

Magnets

I used 10 magnets on both sides and it was absolutely to much - could only open it with a tool. I recommend 2-4 magnets per side, depending on the strenght of your magnets and weight of the dice.

Additional

If you use more than 48 dice you will need to store dice for transportation within the cut outs of the storage and they may fall out when opening. I am working on an inlay made of TPU for these 12 cut-outs of the black storage parts, to prevent them from falling out. I will add it as soon as possible.
