N-AK foam dart blaster

Here are the beta files for the N-AK. A reciprocating bolt ak style foam dart blaster that uses standard nerf magazines. It uses the standard tt gearbox common in the worker full auto kits. It uses mostly 8 to 12mm blaster screws/m3's but needs shorter screws to anything that might hit the flywheels with the screw when attaching.

4x m3x35mm screws 3 for the receiver halves and one for the side scope mount.
1x m3x30mm that goes through the trigger.
2x m4x15mm that attach stock
sizes are approx I cut mine down from 50mm

As for springs...

you will need a extension spring for the pusher. And compression springs for the trigger and the rev trigger, carrier tube and pusher ram. (the pusher ram was an idea I had because it was bending darts, You put a spring behind it and pin it with a 3mm or so printed rod. I don't know if it makes a difference but it did stop the dart bending... It could also be fixed in place with glue or possibly omitted).

You will need a spring for the stock release as well.
NOTE I used like 3 short springs in the carrier tube to get it where I needed it.

Other than that you need 2 21amp switches(the holes are off a hair on the files so you might need to drill one or 2).

Assemble the receiver, then attach the magwell, then attach the cage/assembled front end.
you will need a loooong small screwdriver to put this together, the holes on either side of the magwell are for assembly. Be carful that the screw that holds the pusher spring to the pusher holds the carrier link in the pusher without too much force.

06/22/2022 edit: The l and r tactical grips did not line up so I opened them up a bit to give room to get them straight. I also replaced tactical-lower handguard with one that will print properly but you will need to file a 45 degree angle on the edges of the cage and fly covers to use it.

Also added tactical stock parts and muzzle device

06/24/2022 edit: Fixed a hole in the tactical left grip and tactical buffer tube.
NOTE: The tactical stuff does go together but It may require minor filing and /or adjusting the holes a bit. I just glued the grips to the receiver halves first.

Also replaced the receiver left as there were holes by the stock attachment point.

07/29/22 Edit: magwell ... raised the magazine release 4mm. Also added bumps to the magwell to better orient the mag in relation to the pusher( you can tune to your liking by sanding them down).

Also replaced Tactical lower handguard, I added angles to the front screw holes so the screws wouldn't be so close to the surface.

EDIT!!! 05/06/2023 uploaded a new stock release that's a little thicker, As the first one broke a week ago.

05/13/23 added motor cover for 180 motors.
