Description
My son likes making highspeed tracks, the original version would seldom keep the cars on the track. We thought it would work better if it was longer, and it works very well now.
I also narrowed it to work well with these dual track connectors. https://www.printables.com/model/321815-hot-wheels-connectors-single-dual-triple-quad-six
The track no longer needs separate track adapters, the holes for the adapters never work for me.
You need 4 m3 screws to hold the two halves together.
it works best if you set the top fill pattern to monotonic lines, and the fill angle to 0. this way you get smooth lines straight across. May not matter, but an easy change.
I have not had an issue printing without supports.
Update 7/27/2023
I added a short version, it fits on a 220x220 bed at a 45deg angle. If you have too fast of a track the cars will not exit on the track.
