Toys for Tots Micro Offroader Wheel Cleaning Station

A small cleaning station design used to get small wisps off of tricky filament when making Toys for Tots Offroaders.

Print the brackets (and attach them to a piece of wood, or attach them to another model of a block which you can weigh down a bit) and crimp on some steel wire. I used an aluminum ferrule on one end for a permanent installation and a bunch of heat shrink tube on the other (which the wheels can easily slip over from both directions). Use a small jet flame lighter to clean the wisps on the outside of the wheels, and simply rub the wheels against the wire to clean their insides.
