Description
This is a pair of storage boxes (with lids) for the cards and other items used during a typical Gloomhaven session, specifically for groups that are using a helper app. One box is for items that are used every session, and the other is for cards that are only used occasionally.
Most Gloomhaven organizers are designed to keep everything in the entire game organized and available. However, my group uses the Gloomhaven Helper app to track things like HP, XP, monsters, turn count, elements, etc. So there are a bunch of cards and pieces that we don't need to access regularly. As such, I wanted to make pair of boxes that could be pulled out easily that held all of the cards that we DO use regularly, all in one place. It also holds the minis and some pencils.
For the ambitious, there is a variation of each lid with lettering that can be printed in a different color for a splashier way to differentiate the boxes. The font is Pirata One (the Gloomhaven title font). This overprinting process can be a bit fiddly to slice and print if you don't have a multi-material printer (as evidenced by the spotty lettering on the lids in the pictures above), but the results are pretty cool when they work out.
The included files have the lettering and the base included in the same stl file. In your slicer, you will have to separate them into parts, and then assign them different colors/"extruders".
Here are some resources on how to do multi-color “inlay” prints.

There is also a NoLabel version.
This tray fits in on top of the mini storage area, and is sized to hold 4 of those cheap Bic mechanical pencils. If your pencils/pens are significantly thicker and don't all fit, there is a deeper pencil tray option. Note that you may have to lay the taller minis down in order to fit them under this tray.
Optimized for 0.2mm layer height with a 0.4mm nozzle (although 0.6 should work just fine).
Doesn't need supports, rafts, or brims. (If you're worried about the corners curling up, you could add some mouse ears, but I didn't find them necessary.)
PLA works just fine, I'm sure you could use other materials if you wanted.
3 perimeters should be fine (most of the walls are only 2-3 perimeters thick). There shouldn't be any need for infill.
For best results, turn the model 45 degrees on the print bed.

None at the moment, although I'm open to suggestions.
