Pool Noodle Lightsaber Handle

This pool noodle lightsaber handle is designed to be printed without supports, and will fit on most printers with a build height of at least 210mm.  

Recommended Settings:

Nozzle: .6mm or .4mm

Walls/Perimeters: At least 3 for .6mm nozzle and 4 for .4mm nozzle.

Infill: 15-20%, most infill patterns will be just fine.

Adhesion: Recommend printing with a brim, this is a tall piece.

Layer Height: .2mm-.3mm

The threads on this part are designed to be a snug fit in the pool noodle so it doesn't come loose with use. They do have some overhangs which will require adequate cooling. Slight curling might occur on larger layer heights, but it should not affect the performance of the threads, and it won't be visible once attached to the pool noodle.

Shown print was with a .6mm nozzle on an Anycubic Kobra Neo at .3mm layer height with 15% cubic infill, and the print took exactly 3 hours.
