Flexi Hooty From Owl House

I kit bashed a Hooty face onto a ball joint design. I can not seem to find the files still available  to give credit. I printed the two parts in different colours to show each part clearly.

You can add a keyring to the tail to make into a fidget keychain (as shown in a picture above).

Use a raft for best results. Only use support on Hooty's beak.
