Stationfall boardgame storage solution / organizer / insert

Total storage solution for the awesome boardgame Stationfall. Designed to minimize setup and cleanup time and make for an overall better experience!
Together with the gameboard, manuals and reference sheets it's a perfect fit and all should stay in place perfectly. 

• Fits sleeved cards.

• Not designed for holding the miniatures and/or standees.

• Several 'Deluxe' and 'Protection' options to choose from (See further below).

To print list for the default barebones 'Standard' storage:

• 1x 'Tray Characters 1'.

• 1x 'Tray Characters 2'.

• 1x 'Tray Droppods'.

• 1x 'Tray Tokens 1'.

• 1x 'Tray Tokens 2'. 2 hexagonal pieces are stored under the square gun pieces in ‘Tray Tokens 2’ (see picture).

• 3x 'Player Pieces'.

• 2x 'Card Stack Small'.

• 1x 'Card Stack Large 1'.

• 1x 'Card Stack Large 2'.

Options:

There are 2 variants for the storage of the player pieces:

1. ‘Standard’: just needs 3x 'Player Pieces'. (See picture with only 1 shown).

2. ‘Deluxe’: needs 9x 'Player Box' + 9x 'Player Box Lid' and 36 pieces of 5 mm x 1 mm magnets. 1 set is stored in the extra storage space beneath the Medevac Pod tile. (see pictures).

There are 2 ways to store Kompromat:

1. ‘Standard’: Store them in 'Tray Tokens 1'. This goes along with the original 'Tray Characters 2'. (As seen in 'To print list for the older 'standard' storage').

2. ‘Deluxe’: Store them in the split up 'Tray Characters 2' which now consists of 4 parts. This goes along with the new 'Tray Tokens 1 (no kompromat)'.

      - Needed:

• 2x 'Tray Characters 2_Kompromat' OR 2x 'Tray Characters 2_Kompromat_(protectors)' (see ‘protection options’ below).

• 1x ‘Tray Characters 2_Bottom’

• 1x ‘Tray Characters 2_Top’

• 1x 'Tray Tokens 1 (no kompromat)' INSTEAD of 1x 'Tray Tokens 1'.

There are several optional token protection options:

1. Protectors for the 3x Stationfall tokens. Needed:

• 3x 'Token_Protector'.

• 3x 'Token_Closer'. 

• 6x transparent sheet pieces (optional). Use a thin marker and the inside of the protector itself to draw outlines.

• 1x 'Tray Droppods (protectors)' INSTEAD of  1x 'Tray Droppods'.
  

1. Protectors for the Kompromat tokens if you're using the ‘Deluxe’ Kompromat storage option (see above). Needed:

• 26x 'Kompromat_Closer'.

• 26x 'Kompromat_Protector'.

• 1x 'Kompromat_Stencil'.

• 52x transparent sheet pieces (optional). Use the 'Kompromat_Stencil' and a thin marker to draw outlines.

• 2x 'Tray Characters 2_Kompromat_(protectors)' INSTEAD of 2x 'Tray Characters 2_Kompromat'.

1. Coin capsules for the 3 yellow trap tokens. Needed:

• 3x 20 mm coin capsules. 

• 1x ' Tray Characters 1 (protectors)' INSTEAD of 1x 'Tray Characters 1'.

Shopping list:

• 20mm coin capsules: Got them for cheap from AliExpress, for example: link. Mine are 23,6 mm x 4,6 mm in dimension.

• Transparent sheets: I bought 0,18mm thick transparent (Mica) sheets, which are easily obtainable in my country the Netherlands. There is some extra play in the protectors.

Print settings:

• Everything is designed to print at 0.4 mm layer height with a 0.6 mm nozzle, but 0.2 mm layer height with 0.4 mm nozzle works for everything else as well.

• Except the Player Box and Player Box Lid, which needs to be printed at 0.2 mm layer height.

• The Kompromat and Stationfall protectors + closers also need to be printed on 0.2 mm layer height (or lower). Since the protectors have rounded corners/borders, the smoother the better.

• I used Cura's ‘Lightning infill’ on 20-30% which works wonders on the big pieces! Saves a lot of material and reduces weight while still strong enough.
