Description
The diorama is based on pit building from multiple tracks. The design of the pit building is kept to a more simple design so it could better fit for a bigger variety/era of cars.
Checkout my showcase video:
I have also included a untested version which include a full pit lane with pit wall and race control box. I didn't test is because my shelf is not deep enough to include these parts. Another variant included is a podium front edition, it cuts open the "office" area to include a space for podium. As shown below is the podium front variant with full length pit lane with pit wall included:
The diorama is separated into multiple parts for easy printing. All files are packed into a zip files and arranged in folder as follow:
No Pit Wall Build (As seen in photos and videos)
Pit Wall Build (Alternate Build)
Standard Pit Building (As seen in photos and videos)
OR

Podium Pit Building (Alternate Build)

Nozzle size = 0.5 mm (0.4 will be printable and smaller better)
Layer height = 0.2 mm
Filament change layer for colours on "FlatBase - PitLane - Small.STL" & "FlatBase - PitLane - Full Pit Road.STL":
1) Start (Road lines colour, mine is in white)
2) Layer 5 (Overall pit road colour, mine is in black)
The car is just placed on the diorama, there are no holes to tie the cars down by wire.
Check out my assembly video to give you a better idea on how the build suppose to go:
All the interior props are optional, they are made to fill the room with more items and make it feel more lived-in.
The window frame has a thin PVC sheet tape on to it to give it a "glass" look.
Feel free to send me any feedback on how to improve the design. Suggestion on display base designs are welcomed too.
