Hyper Coiled Flinger

This model prints in 3 pieces: the coil and cup, stand, and crossbar.  The crossbar should fit snuggly to prevent the coil and cup from leaning in the stand and losing some power.

To assemble:

1.  Print all parts
2.  Position the coil in the stand aligning the square holes
3. With gentle persuasion, push the crossbar through the holes in the stand and coil

Print Settings

• Material: PETG (Needed for spring flexibility)
• Nozzle: 0.6mm (0.4 should work)
• Layer Height: 0.28mm (0.20 should work)
• Infill:
  • Coil and Spring: 100%
  • Crossbar: 100%
  • Stand: 20%
• Wall Thickness: 1.8mm
• Top/Bottom Thickness: 1.12mm (Just stay close to this)
