Fixum Dude Motors PiP VW Bus

Introducing the FDM (Fixum Dude Motors) print in place VW Bus.

Prints without supports. Samples are printed in PLA with 0.2 layer height, at least 3 perimeters, and 10%-15% gyroid infill. Light blue example printed in Hatchbox Baby Blue PLA. 

V2 fixes some minor visual issues on the rear of the bus.
