This figure is a 3D model of Syndrome (real name Buddy Pine), the main antagonist of The Incredibles. He originally wanted to be a sidekick to his then-idol Mr. Incredible, but when the superhero coldly rejected his offer, Syndrome became intensely resentful towards Mr. Incredible and superheroes in general. To take revenge on Mr. Incredible, he became a supervillain and devoted his life to murdering all superheroes. He accrued a considerable fortune through selling weapons and ultimately planned on selling his products to the public internationally, thinking that if everyone could be considered “super,” nobody could be.

The Low Poly Syndrome is part of the Low Poly project I’m developing, which is a tribute to the old-school animation style. Most of the Disney characters were designed on paper many years ago. Now we can see them as 3D models in various movies and video games, with impressive details. But surely at some point these characters were not so detailed, and they had a simpler and more geometric look. The Low Poly project aims to recreate that look with low polygons, which are basic shapes that form a 3D model.

The Low Poly Syndrome is a 3D printable model that you can download and print with any 3D printer and filament. It is easy to print and use, and you can print it in any color you like. You can also paint it or add accessories to make it more realistic.
