Assemble Belt

There is a small slit in the belt. It may be necessary to cut it open if it was slightly fused together during the printing process.

Open the slit and slide the buckle on.

It is useful to glue the belt closed and let the glue dry before assembling on the hat. This prevents the belt from opening up when gluing it to the hat.

After the belt is assembled and the glue dried, the belt can be glued to the hat.

Add "Stay-On" Hat Technology

There are small holes in the brim of the hat that a string can be threaded into to keep the hat on. It is recommended to use a 1 mm bungee cord.

If the holes get partially closed off from printing, a small drill bit or Exacto knife can be used to reopen them.

Thread one end of the string through and pull the end out where it can be reached. Tie a knot at the end of the string so to keep it from being pulled out.

Thread the other end of the string through the opposite side and repeat the process.
