I really liked the aesthetic of Logan398's sight and the simple functionality of Szeez's adjustability. I thought Logan398's idea of inserting pieces of 3D filament into the sight as “fibre optics” was a fun idea.
Unfortunately I did drop the foldability from Szeez in order to maintain the look from the Logan sight.
Hardware:
Assembly is based around assorted M3 socket head cap screws (you can go higher in length if you're willing to accept protruding screw sections)
2x M3x12 SHCS
2x M3x25 SHCS
1x M3x30 SHCS
1x Self-locking M3 nut (although superglue and a regular nut will suffice if you are careful)
4x Regular M3 nut
You also need
Superglue
Extra filament to use as “fibre optic”
Ideally a 3mm drill bit

Parts:
2x filamentsight_basemount.stl (One for rear, one for front)
1x filamentsight_front_inside.stl
1x filamentsight_front_outside.stl
1x filamentsight_rear_inside.stl
1x filamentsight_rear_outside.stl

Pieces more or less go together like this, for reference.
Attach 1x filamentsight_basemount each to both filamentsight_front_outside and filamentsight_rear_outside using 1x M3x25mm SHCS picatinny rails and 1x M3 nut each.
Being the genius that I am, I only realised I only had 30mm bolts after designing and printing, hence the bit sticking out in the images.
Slot your desired colour of “fibre optic” filament into the holes of filamentsight_front_inside and filamentsight_rear_inside.
You may have to use superglue to hold them in place if your holes are loose, or bore them out using a 2mm drill bit if too tight, but in my experience, they're fairly forgiving due to the low-impact nature of the use case.
Trim them using flush cutters when done.
Drill out the 3mm hole at the base of filamentsight_rear_inside using a 3mm drill bit
Glue the nut into the hex-shaped hole at the base of filamentsight_rear_inside as shown in the image
Bolt filamentsight_rear_inside to filamentsight_rear_outside using the M3x30 SHCS
Cap the head off using a self-locking bolt, or by carefully supergluing a M3 nut onto the end of the M3x30, being careful not to get any glue joining the bolt or nut to the main body (Don't use superglue if it's not apparent how the horizontal adjustment works).
Centre the rear sight aiming piece using an allen key on the M3x30 bolt (which should still spin, moving the aiming piece horizontally accordinly) and attach it to your picatinny rail.
Insert filamentsight_front_inside all the way down into filamentsight_front_outside, making sure that the ramps are on the same side, and the vertical straight edges are also on the same, opposing side (If you do not, you may be unable to insert the bolts in the next step)
Insert the M3x12 SHCS and M3 nut into either side of the filamentsight_front_outside component, only gently clamping the assembly together.
Attach the assembled front sight to your picatinny rail, adjust the filamentsight_front_inside to an appropriate height, and then clamp it more tightly using the two M3x12 SHCS.
