Description

This is my new Game Boy Color stand!

Pardon the material choice if its unclear to see, I wanted to have it similar to the colour of the cartridges themselves since thats usually what I base my stand fronts off of.

I designed this to be far more curvy than my previous designs to reflect the design of the GBC itself, as was pretty typical of the late 90s/early 2000s.

Despite the geometry of the GBC being fairly complex to model at the base, i've tried my best to create contours that would hold the console as stable as possible. After some revision i've mostly succeeded, but with still a few things yet to get closer to the curves in a potential future redesign.

Anything around 10-15% infill will do the trick and no support is required.

I would reccommend prioritising quality over speed to anyone who prints to make sure the text shows through on the front.
