Bill Cipher Quotes

This remix consists only of plates with quotes, and a custom version of the original stand. You will need to print the original figure as well.

The stand is smaller than the original, as I felt a smaller size looked better. I added a groove for the plates to rest. The plates can rest in the groove, but will have to be glued on to remain there.

Printing tips for the stand:

• The stand works with the original figure. It just has a smaller width. 
• Print with more infill than usual to give it some weight. I used 25% rectilinear. The original figure has a good center of gravity, so don't worry too much about the fill.

Printing tips for the plates:

• Use a contrasting color for the letters. The letters are printed on top of the plate, so no multi-material printer is needed. Instead, switch color on the first layer with letters
• Use ironing on the top surface of the letters to fill in tiny gaps
• 2 walls, 2 bottom layers, 3 top layers, 15% adaptive cubic infill
• A blank plate is provided as a basis for your own favourite quote
• Letters are hard to print, but I managed to print these with standard 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height and 0.4mm line width.

Filaments in the photos

I've used Polymaker PolyTerra Savannah Yellow, Cotton White and Charcoal Black for the prints in the pictures. They have a nice matte finish. The yellow is not a bright, full yellow, but it is oddly luminous, which sort of fits Bill Cipher rather well. After all, he is supposed to be glowing.
