Description
This is my interpretation in Gauge 1 (1:32) of the DE1 railcar designed by Allan (Rotterdam) for the “Nederlandse Spoorwegen” in ‘50’s.

These railcars were painted blue when delivered. During maintenance/revisions in the 1970's they received the standard red livery for Dutch diesel trains. Later they were painted in the grey/yellow standard colors, just like all other Dutch rolling stock at that point in time.
Motorcar #41 was stored after being decomissioned in 1985. After a full restauration in 1995 it is on display at “Het Nederlands Spoorwegmuseum”.

The museum uses this motorrailcar frequently for the “Heimwee express” to transport visitors Utrecht Central Station (Ut) and the museum located at Utrecht Maliebaan (Utm).
Parts needed:
Axles: 4 X Standard LGB or Märklon wheel/axle-sets (3.0 mm metal rod, 30 mm wheels)
Bearings: 8 X MR63ZZ
Motors: 2 X Geared motor 16GA-050 or JGA20 (i.e. 12V/~1000 tot 1400 rpm)
RC Receiver: Your personal preference
ESC: 6V ESC for brushed motors (AliExpres, eBay, BangGood, etc…..)
Power supply: I've used one 18650 cell, and a cheap charging/undervoltage PCB. Receivers, ESC's and motors are fully functional at 3.5 to 4.2 V. There is no need to boost the voltage to 6V DC.
Additional: LED's (red, white and red/white) for the interior and the front and rear signal lights. Sound module. Several standing and sitting 1:32 figuren as passengers and driver.
Screws: Several sizes, M2, M3 and M5
Paint
Plastic sheet it to size for the windows.
Important notes:
Additional information:
13 April 2025: Replaced ALL 3D-files (corrected and re-sized for 235x235 mm printer bed).
I WILL ONLY SUPPORT THE CURRENT VERSION OF THIS MODEL.
Good luck pinting this typical Dutch rolling stock.
