quadro system replacement for ladder hinge

This hinge is a replacement part for quadro systems playground parts. It can connect 2 rods to build a slide, a ladder etc. I designed it myself while waiting for the official replacement to arrive. My part however was more durable than the one provided by quadro so I kept using it in the end.

Print 2 pieces for one hinge.

Use print settings optimized for strength, e.g. 6 outer walls, 25%+ infill. I recommend PETG or ABS/ASA for strength and especially ABS/ASA when it is used outdoors to make it more robust against temperature and UV light. 

Check your tolerances first with a smaller test print. Scale the model if it fits the rods too tightly. Print it more tightly, if you want the hinge to be harder to move.

This is not an official part. Check the safety of the part before letting kids use it.
