Description

This is a printable replacement magazine built mainly for the Diana, but it also has notches for the Worker Nightingale, and the Firerat (untested, also an uncommon blaster). It gravity drops from the Diana, but not the Nightingale.

These mags require minimal support (only for the catch notches and fronts of the feed lips). It is imperative that you print these in a specific orientation and with some specific settings. Otherwise, it may not work smoothly.

I have noticed tightness when attempted to be used in an OFD Quik, so use at your own risk there.

I have added (8/3/24) a top half for the Dart Zone Venom. This came about from BrooklynTony creating and recommending that it become part of the standard kit! He makes some amazing designs, you should go check them out!

The only hardware this uses is a drum spring from OOD (created by Foamblast). Here is a referral link to purchase them: Drum Spring. For how to build the mag, please check out this video: Assembly Video

Alternative link for drum spring: Capitalyxt’s Store

For print orientation see below:

For Support material (I prefer Organic and manual for this one)

For Special settings, Please change your “Top Surface Pattern” and “Bottom Surface Pattern” to “Aligned Rectilinear” This will yield a top surface that has lines running along all contact surfaces that come in contact with the follower and dart. There are Photos to show the way this should look on your parts.

Lastly, if there are tolerance issues with your endcap and extender (I recommend printing an endcap by itself after printing the follower and body parts) You can go tighter or looser with it. If this doesn't solve the problem for you, let me know on discord or DM me here and I will give you a larger or tighter version. These files are denoted with a “Looser” or “Tighter”. There is also another follower that has a chamfer in an extra spot that can yield better/smoother operation.

Here is a video on how to build the mags:

These mags were also used extensively in this video:
