Marble Run Toy

This is a marble run board that I designed and printed for my 2yo for Christmas this year, based on YouTube videos that he watches that have alot of this kind of thing.  The balls run down the route and collect in a chamber underneath the maze, with a opening to collect them from the back side.  This was designed to work with 0.6 in marbles…Amazon link here. The path is 0.75" dia, so different sized marbles would work too. 

I printed this on my Bambu X1C, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer, standard settings (15% fill). I did paint support on the lip of the collection port on the back side…but that was the only support needed.  The rest of the cutouts have angled ceilings that do not need support.

It fills up the X1C bed - 8.5" x 9.5".  This was a >9hr print, and used over 500g of filament.  I suggest bed clamps.
