Description
Design based on the concept of circular economy (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle)*
*Reduce: Does not need glue or paint, you will use fewer raw materials in its manufacture.
*Reuse: If it gets damaged, its design by pieces through fittings will allow you to repair it and reuse the pieces in good condition to extend its useful life generating less waste.
*Recycle: Recycle: When you only use the melted filament from the 3D printing and avoid the use of glue, paints or other additives, you can easily recycle the piece again. Plus, its design even allows you to separate its pieces by colors or materials used, making the final recycling even easier.
Do not change the orientation of the pieces, The model has already been separated and optimized for 3D printing avoiding the use of supports.
Do not use supports.
The model was designed to achieve a better result with a layer height of 0.2mm and a 0.4mm nozzle. If you have a Prusa Mini, use the 0.20 structural profile with Inpur Shaping.
The model was designed using tolerances between 0.2 to 0.3mm, to obtain good results in the fittings you must have your 3D printer well calibrated, if you are an original Prusa user this should not be a problem, I used a Prusa Mini and everything fit perfectly ;)
I recommend painting the seams in Prusaslicer to hide them as best as possible, you can also add small circles at the lower ends of the small pieces to have better adhesion (you can look at the 3MF file to get an idea).
As much as possible, prefer to use filaments that you can recycle in the area where you live to maintain the concept of circular economy of the model <3
The ribbons are straight-shaped on purpose so that you can configure a color change in them and thus achieve a more beautiful finish.
