Description
A new twist on an old decoration, a four colored candy cane that lasts forever.
To assist with bed-adhesion and for gluing to a flat surface I flattened one side. For the full cane look in the ‘Round’ directory.
In the ‘Merged’ directory the STLs are combined. In the Slicer you can ‘Split’ into ‘Parts’ to assign colors to the individual strands.
We always buy a box of candy canes for the tree, and at the end of the season only a few are ever actually eaten. Not a big deal, but we throw out the uneaten ones so we don't have stale candy on the tree.
Now I can keep the tradition of delicious looking treats hanging on the tree but they will never get old or sticky.
I created various props, which included candy canes, for my wife's books
Preparing for receiving my XL I thought about the candy cane. When I saw the four color cane in the slicer I realized I had another great ‘test print’. I published a test print for the MMU but for the XL I will use this one because I can put my test prints on the tree next year.
Scene from Candy Cottage
Something for the tree and a great test print for an MMU with short durations between tool changes.
