I'd recommend printing the tyres separately, as if done together you'll get a lot of blobs due to stringing between each part. I've positioned them on the bed in the print files so you can pop your glue stick across the full width. Print one, remove it, then print the other without having to clean up as one's on the left and the other's on the right.
