Description
In Dungeons and Dragons and other tabletop role-playing games (TTRPGs), many groups use the homebrew rule known as “I know a guy” or the “Lando rule”. With this rule, players have the opportunity to come up with a brand new non-player character (NPC) on the spot who may be able to aid the party in the problem they are facing. For example, “I know a guy over in the next town that may be able to repair this sword”. Many groups allow players to do this a limited number of times. This simple token can be used to keep track of who has or hasn't used their opportunity yet.
