Description
I had a blast (no pun intended) with uhltimate's rubber band gun. The design is genius the way the holes are angled to keep the filament pins from walking out of the gun. I ran into a few issue limitations - not because of the design - but the limitations of the material used.
For me at least, the wheel and trigger would get hung up if using more than 5 rubber bands. This was because of the filament rod flexing from the pressure of the rubber bands pulling the wheel closer to the trigger sear.
The next issue I ran into were the rubber band wearing out quickly due to the sharp corners on the wheel and barrel (muzzle section).
Lastly, rubberband guns should have a nice trigger job!
You will need 2 screws: M2x16, and M2x20 (an M2x22 would also work). You can direct thread them into the frame (no nuts needed). If anyone need a different screw diameter - let me know and I can set that up pretty quickly.
I did the following changes below and released them to the children for testing - so far so good.
