Two YoYo

I had a number of people MUCH better at yo-yoing than me test this throughout the entirety of the development and give me essential feedback as to what I need to do to improve it. I have learned so much about how a yoyo works in this process and it has improved my own skill.

I used 3/8” stainless steel slingshot ammunition to make this yoyo's weight distribution better The yoyo is an organic shape with a comfortable feel and fun play style. you are able to do many beginner to advanced tricks with it and people of all ages have fun with it!

Tech Specs:

3D printing is at a point that yoyos that do not vibrate (yoyo vibe) is not currently possible. I believe within the next decade and a half we may see a 3D printing technology capable of much greater precision which will allow for better printed yoyos. I figure in the meantimes I better get to work on my designs though lol

BUILD GUIDE:

The building process is I would say moderately difficult and uses some unique techniques to get this yoyo spinning as good as it does.

STEP 1: Parts list

Here is an Image of all the hardware listed in the table above.

STEP 2: Printing

1. Use a minimum layer height of .2mm but if you want to go with adaptive that is also fine. I highly recommend using the printing settings outlined in the .3mf file. 
2. Put a pause at 10.6mm to allow you to insert the weights.
3. Print and insert weights
4. Insert the bolt, nut, bearing, and response pads and then screw the yoyo halves together.
