Sleeved Version (Beta)

As demanded, I added a version for sleeved cards. This is a beta, and I cannot test it myself. Please let me know how it fits and if it needs different changes.

• I assumed a size of 45x68x10mm for a maximum stack of sleeved cards
  • please let me know if that checks out
• I incorporated 1mm more clearance to the Rune slots in depth. Nevertheless, with 5 slots, you always should find room to place the runes, just perhaps not perfectly separated into small/medium/large, but as those anyways drop rarely, I wouldn't mind myself
• I suggest printing it partially to test the fit of stacks first

I would appreciate some help in testing that.
