MTG Commander Box [v4]

MTG Commander Box remixed from Ultimate Card Box v4, added commander card window, changed sizing to work best with single sleeved precons and added pins for non-magnetic mount.

V4 alt: alternative hinge design that doesn't require any pin! Just push it into place (preferably at an slight angle, focusing on a central part and bending a little outside wall slots)

V4: improves the hinge giving it more durability and smoother movement. 

f3d file has a depth variable you can use to change it to your needs. Please let me know if you'll get any issues, as Fusion360 was causing me a lot of problems to get even to this point.

V3: is fine tuned version with nicely working thumb groove. I prefer the slightly thighter fit pin version but I've uploaded a second version if your tolerances are not that perfect. Attached f3d file has “depth” variable you can change to adapt it to your needs, for example double sleeved, more tokens or perfect fit for your particular deck (60 or 250 cards).

For a lid mounting I would recommend using a filament or some similar straight pin/rod (1.5-1.7mm diameter). You might want to use some needle/pin to clean a little the inside of mounting holes as they quite often like to catch on the filament.

Box print settings:

• Prusa MK4 0.4 IS profile
• 15%-20% infill
• custom painted supports for pin slots
• add mouse ears in corners to prevent warping (it's neglectible without them)

Lid print settings:

• Prusa MK4 0.4 profile
• 20% infill gyroid
• laying on window side
