Description

This Initiative Tracker for Frosthaven, Gloomhaven and any other x-Haven game lets you put your initiative tokens on a magnetic surface. You can also add a light source inside of the tracker, which will shine through the side-plates.

To get this tracker working, you need 6 things

  • Obviously a 3d printer
  • glue
  • A large base where you can glue this to. If it's a circle, diameter needs to be at least 10cm. I used a 10 cm wood round base.
  • Eight 7 x 3 mm Magnets. Glue them inside the holes of the base top and bottom files (attention to magnet direction!). They make sure your base doesn't unintentionally open but you are able to add a light source inside or switch batteries.
  • Magnet Tape (e.g. “3M MGO 1317”): between 1 and 1,5 cm wide and around 18,5cm long, usually feels very heavy. That will be your magnetic surface, glue it to the filled side of the obelisk.
  • Thin Magnet Tape that you can glue to the backside of all your initiative tokens. I used a random noname product. Just make sure it's not that heavy so that it won't slide down.

Tiny Tutorial

  • Print all the files
  • glue the plates to the open obelisk sides
  • glue the obelisk into the base-top
  • add the magnets and glue them to base bottom and top
  • paint the whole tracker
  • glue to base
  • add the magnet tapes
  • add your light source inside the tracker (I used some small fairy lights)
  • play have fun

More detailed tutorial will be added with the next update.
